Alright guys I don't post that often on here, but i'm sure everyone would have to ask did you bother to call russell and tell him about the situation and see if he could have resolved it for you.. I dont think its fair to bash him like this now.. I've been going down to his shop for over a year now and spent enough money with him with great customer service without having any issues.. I've had several sevices done on my car and bought many parts from him.. So far he's offered more reasonable prices and services over any other person in GA. I guess it just urks me when somebody doesnt take the time to see if an issue can be resolved before posting negative info on someone especially a place of business.. I know that you have spent alot of money with them and i'm sure he would have been willing to make things right for you. I just wanted to put my two cents in for any of you guys who think about using russell or have dealt with him in the past. He runs a great shop w/ knowledgeable employees and is a great/easy guy to deal with. You guys should consider continuing to deal with him for parts and service.. Don't let one bad experience ruin the everything..
